Is there something I am missing which allowed me to install Silverlight 2. I have several times installed and reinstalled Silverlight 1.0 on this same problem computer and then uninstalled it several times and have also used the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility, but nothing seems to work so that I can install Silverlight 2.0. Note: If you cant find the icon, do a search in Windows for QuickBooks Tool Hub and select the program. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
